The Black Rocks Golf Area has been transformed into an integrated tourism destination in Belitung.

Belitung – PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (IDX: GOLF) continues to strengthen development of an integrated golf Tourism Ecosystem in Belitung through a series of strategic agendas held 19-21 June 2026. These activities include the groundbreaking ceremony for The Links Golf Villa Belitung, official launch of The Links Coffee Belitung, hosting of the "Mangkuluhur Goes to Belitung" Golf & Footgolf Tournament, and the grand opening of Laskar Pelangi Beach Food Plaza.

This series of events held at Black Rocks Golf and Tanjung Tinggi Beach was attended by Belitung Regent Djoni Alamsyah, company management, business partners, golf communities, and all local regional stakeholders. This golf tourism ecosystem development forms part of the Company's strategy to integrate golf, property, culinary, leisure and community activity sectors to support tourism growth in Belitung.

Groundbreaking of The Links Golf Villa Belitung
The agenda commenced 19 June 2026 with the groundbreaking ceremony for The Links Golf Villa Belitung within the Black Rocks Golf complex. First phase development will be constructed on an 8,990 square meter land plot containing 22 residential lots, owned by PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View, a subsidiary of PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk.

Adopting the proven concept first implemented in Bali, this project delivers residential accommodation fully integrated with the golf course and Tourism Destination facilities. Future development will not be limited to these initial 22 lots, with planned expansion across the entire Black Rocks Golf residential zone that totals approximately 300 residential lots.

Around 100 lots from this total had already been sold in previous periods by PT Belitung Golf and Resorts. The Company also opens formal partnership opportunities for independent land owners wishing to develop their property using the The Links Golf Villa Belitung standard.

Villas are marketed with starting prices ranging from IDR 1 billion up to approximately IDR 5 billion. This development is projected to raise land value in the area while expanding premium golf-focused residential options available in Belitung.

The Links Coffee and Leisure Facilities
On the same day, the Company also officially launched The Links Coffee Belitung located at Tanjung Tinggi Beach. This beachfront coffee shop and restaurant was developed to complete the leisure experience for visitors to the area.

With a relaxed coastal design, The Links Coffee blends Belitung's natural coastal atmosphere with authentic local cultural touches. Its presence is intended to enrich visitor experience while boosting foot traffic around the Black Rocks Golf precinct.

Golf and Footgolf Tournament
As part of efforts to introduce Black Rocks Golf to a wider public, the Company hosted the "Mangkuluhur Goes to Belitung" Golf and Footgolf Tournament on 20 June 2026.

Beyond strengthening golf community networks, this event also introduces footgolf as an inclusive recreational sport accessible for all members of the public. Through this activity, the company aims to grow Tourist Arrivals while building international recognition for Belitung as a premium Sports Tourism destination.

Laskar Pelangi Beach Food Plaza
The event schedule concluded 21 June 2026 with the official opening of Laskar Pelangi Beach Food Plaza at Tanjung Tinggi Beach – the iconic filming location made famous by the hit Laskar Pelangi Film.

This food plaza hosts 70 curated culinary tenants with total seating capacity for approximately 900 visitors. It is designed as a public culinary and community hub open for tourists, families and local residents.

This facility is expected to become a new landmark attraction that will boost local tourism activity and drive inclusive economic growth for communities surrounding Black Rocks Golf and Tanjung Tinggi.

Environmental and Social Commitment
Alongside commercial facility development, the Company also conducted Coral Reef restoration planting at Laskar Pelangi Beach as commitment to protect Belitung's marine ecosystems. The company also distributed welfare support to orphaned children as part of its corporate social responsibility program.

Building Belitung as a Premier Golf Tourism Destination
GOLF President Commissioner Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo confirmed Belitung holds world class potential to develop as a leading international Tourism Destination.
