PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View (NKG), a subsidiary of PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF), officially commenced the construction of the 'Ultra Luxury Hotel' with a groundbreaking ceremony led by GOLF's Main Commissioner, Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. 

This ambitious project is not just about building a hotel, but also about strengthening Bali's position as a world-class golf and resort destination, bringing significant economic impact to the Island of the Gods and its people. 

Rp 450 Billion Investment for Bali's Luxury and Quality Enhancement 

A fresh capital injection of Rp 500 billion, largely sourced from a loan from PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU), will be strategically utilized. Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo explained that Rp 450 billion is allocated for the construction of the luxury hotel and a massive renovation of the golf course and supporting facilities at NKG within the Pecatu Indah Resort area. 

This investment affirms GOLF's commitment to capturing the high-spending tourist market segment, which will become a new engine for foreign exchange earnings for Bali.
