Persib Bandung is getting closer to the Champion title of Super League 2025/2026. The team nicknamed Maung Bandung now only needs an additional 24 points from the remaining nine matches to secure this season's trophy.

Currently, Persib firmly leads the provisional Standings with 58 points from 25 matches played. With nine matches left, Persib mathematically could still accumulate up to 85 points.

However, to clinch the championship, Persib doesn't need maximum points. The team coached by Bojan Hodak only requires 24 more points—equivalent to eight wins—to reach 82 points, a tally deemed sufficient to guarantee the top position until season's end.

This situation opens opportunities for Persib to secure the title before the competition concludes. If performance consistency is maintained, the championship could be won several weeks before the final match.

Additionally, this path positions Persib to make history as three-time consecutive champions, an achievement that would solidify their domestic league dominance.

Nevertheless, Persib must maintain focus and consistency in every remaining match. Competition at the top could still produce surprises, making each point crucial in their title pursuit.
