Indonesian national team defender Rizky Ridho Ramadhani has officially joined the roster of Herbalife-sponsored global athletes, including Cristiano Ronaldo, Virat Kohli, and legendary weightlifter Eko Yuli Irawan. This appointment reinforces Herbalife's commitment to strengthening support for national sports development through partnerships with accomplished athletes.

The 23-year-old player, who currently represents Persija Jakarta, becomes a new face among over 150 international athletes supported by Herbalife across various sports disciplines.

"Rizky Ridho exemplifies discipline, determination, and excellence. We aim to support Indonesian athletes' journeys to perform optimally and competitively at the international level," stated Oktrianto Wahyu Jatmiko, Director & General Manager of Herbalife Indonesia, in a press release in Jakarta on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Nutrition as Key to On-Field Performance

Rizky Ridho welcomed this partnership with full optimism. He emphasized that nutrition now plays a crucial role in maintaining player performance and endurance, especially amid packed competition schedules.

"Modern football demands maximum physical and mental readiness. Proper nutrition is no longer optional but essential for players seeking consistent performance," said Ridho.

Through this partnership, Herbalife will provide not only supplement products but also nutritional education and healthy lifestyle guidance.

This science-based approach is expected to help athletes accelerate recovery, maintain long-term fitness, and achieve sustainable peak performance.

Support for Young Indonesian Athletes

The collaboration with Rizky Ridho expands Herbalife Indonesia's list of supported national athletes, including Andy Wibowo (triathlon), Deni (weightlifting), Leani Ratri Oktila (para-badminton), Novita Wulandari (ultramarathon), and Inge Prasetyo (multisport).

This move also demonstrates the private sector's tangible role in advancing national sports development.

With nutritional support and professional mentoring, athletes are expected to become increasingly motivated to achieve accomplishments at regional and international events.

Rizky Ridho's inclusion in Herbalife's elite athlete ranks further solidifies Indonesian football's global presence—bringing fresh inspiration for younger generations to dream big while maintaining discipline both on and off the field.
