Indonesia arrives at the 2026 China Open at full strength. PBSI has fielded representatives for every competition category at this BWF World Tour Super 1000 tournament, hosted at the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium in Changzhou, China from 21–26 July 2026.

Entering competitors across all five disciplines signals Indonesia's ambition to compete once more at one of the most prestigious events on the BWF calendar. The Red and White national squad will deploy 3 singles players and 9 doubles pairs in pursuit of maximum tournament results.

Indonesia carries strong positive momentum into this event, after Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Shohibul Fikri recently claimed the 2026 Japan Open title. This victory has reliably lifted the entire team's confidence heading into this higher-tier competition.

For men's singles, Indonesia will rely on Jonatan Christie and Alwi Farhan, while Putri Kusuma Wardani stands as the nation's sole representative in the women's singles category.
