Brazil finally claimed their first full three points at the 2026 World Cup. After failing to secure a win in their opening Group C fixture, the Selecao bounced back with a 3-0 thrashing of Haiti for their second match at Lincoln Financial Field Stadium, early Saturday WIB.
Matheus Cunha was the central figure behind Brazil's victory. The Manchester United striker scored a brace that paved Brazil's way to lock all three points, while the remaining goal was contributed by Vinicius Junior.
With these three additional points, Brazil now hold 4 points from two matches. The Selecao lead the provisional Group C Standings thanks to a superior goal difference over Morocco, while Haiti remains rooted at the bottom of the table with zero points.
