2026 Brazilian MotoGP Sprint Results: Marquez Fastest, Tight Battle at the Front

Marc Marquez secured victory in the MotoGP Brazil 2026 sprint race held at Autodromo Internacional Ayrton Senna on Saturday local time.

The Ducati Lenovo Team rider delivered an impressive performance with a time of 19 minutes 41.982 seconds, also making him the fastest in the short race session.

Marquez's win didn't come easily. He faced intense pressure from Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team rider, Fabio Di Giannantonio.

Di Giannantonio trailed Marquez by a mere 0.213 seconds at the finish line, settling for second place.

Meanwhile, third position was secured by Aprilia Racing rider Jorge Martin, who completed the race 3.587 seconds behind the winner.

The battle for the top five positions was also fiercely contested, with Marco Bezzecchi and Ai Ogura completing the leading group.

This result serves as crucial momentum for Marquez heading into the MotoGP Brazil 2026 main race, further solidifying his competitive performance with Ducati this season.
