Minister of Culture Fadli Zon appreciated the organization of Jazz Ngabuburit with The Composer 2026, which featured Indonesian Music maestros. According to him, this mini concert was not only entertainment but also a means to reflect on the long journey of the nation's music.
Jazz Ngabuburit with The Composer 2026 was held at the Grand Manhattan Club Hotel Borobudur, Jakarta. This event served as a meeting space for the public, legendary musicians, and the Young Generation to enjoy jazz harmonies while awaiting iftar during the holy month of Ramadan.
"I just witnessed Jazz Ngabuburit with The Composer 2026, with one of the performers being Mas Fariz RM. Hopefully, these legendary musicians can continue to create, stay healthy, and always provide inspiration, especially in the music world. Because their works have already become legendary," said Fadli Zon.

Fadli stated that the dedication and consistency of senior composers and musicians need continuous appreciation and should serve as a learning source for the Young Generation.
The maestros' extensive experience is considered a vital asset in maintaining the sustainability of the national music ecosystem.
"We can see that the songs created by these legendary musicians demonstrate their immense contribution to the Indonesian music world. We need their experiences, especially for the Young Generation. It is important for us to continuously appreciate this as part of the long journey of Indonesian music," he added.
Adopting the concept of The Composer, this event featured a special collaboration of maestros on one stage as a tribute to the works and contributions of national music figures.
A number of legendary musicians enlivened the event, including Fariz RM, Reika Roslan, Dea Mirella, and Andre Hehanussa.
Not only did it present quality musical performances, but this event also emphasized social and humanitarian values.
In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, the organizing committee invited orphaned children to break the fast together as a form of social care and gratitude.
The event was also attended by the Minister's Expert Staff, Neno Warisman, along with other prominent figures and legendary musicians.
This activity aligns with the commitment of the Ministry of Culture to strengthen the national music ecosystem by supporting spaces for creative appreciation and cross-generational collaboration.
The presence of Jazz Ngabuburit with The Composer 2026 is hoped to not only become an annual musical agenda but also a moment to strengthen synergy between maestros and the young generation in preserving the heritage and sustainability of Indonesian music.
