Good news from the Land of Laskar Pelangi! Starting this week, the Jakarta–Belitung route is now available daily, after previously operating only five times a week.
This confirmation was delivered directly by Belitung Regent Djoni Alamsyah after coordinating with a government-owned subsidiary airline.
“With daily flights, access to Belitung is now easier and faster. This is great news for residents, tourists, and businesses,” stated Djoni in Tanjungpandan, as released by Antara on Monday (7/10/2025).

With a denser flight schedule, tourists no longer need to adjust travel plans around specific days.
“This flight schedule expansion is a tangible result of strong collaboration between local government and the airline,” Djoni said. He emphasized this policy will directly impact Belitung's growing tourism and investment sectors.
