Donald Trump Cheats Tiger Woods During Golf Game

Donald Trump is widely known as a U.S. President with a great passion for golf. In fact, when not discussing state affairs, golf could be considered his favorite topic.

In recent years, the public has gained direct insight into Trump's golf abilities. Social media, including moments shared by professional golfer Bryson DeChambeau, suggests Trump is no ordinary player. 

However, alongside this skill, stories always emerge questioning Trump's honesty during golf games.

These accounts aren't mere rumors. One particularly intriguing story comes from a golf match involving Trump and living golf legend Tiger Woods.

Trump's Controversial Incident Playing with Tiger Woods

It's hard to imagine a U.S. President cheating at golf. Yet according to golf analyst Brad Faxon, that's precisely what happened when Trump played in a group with Tiger Woods, Dustin Johnson, and himself.

Faxon, an eyewitness, recounted the 2019 incident, revealing Trump hit his second shot into the water on one hole.

"On one hole, Donald hit his second shot and the ball went into the water," stated Faxon. 

"He immediately said to me, 'Hey, throw another ball, they didn't see.'"

Faxon obliged, but the result was identical - the second ball also found the water. Trump then drove his golf cart, dropped a ball where the initial drop should occur, and hit it onto the green.

Once on the green, Trump asked about other players' locations before claiming he could score four, or even three with his handicap. In reality, his actual score was already seven.

Ironically, Trump still missed the putt.

"It was hilarious," Faxon continued. 

"A four for a score of three! Yet he still failed. Playing with him is actually enjoyable. He often picks up his putt as if it's conceded. Strangely, you almost want him to do it. You've heard these stories, so witnessing it lets you share the tale."

Jack Nicklaus' Assessment of Trump's Golf Skills

Despite "rule-bending" anecdotes, Donald Trump undeniably possesses solid golf skills. Praise even came from golf icon Jack Nicklaus.

Nicklaus openly acknowledged Trump's quality during their rounds together.

"Of the people who've played with me, Trump might be the best," said Nicklaus. 

"He plays quite well. His style resembles mine somewhat. He doesn't always finish every hole, but he strikes the ball well, enjoys the game, and has won club championships. He truly can play."

This statement legitimizes Trump beyond ordinary golf enthusiasm. He genuinely understands the game and competes seriously at club level.

Golf appears integral to Donald Trump's life. Even after his presidency, it's easy to picture him regularly on the course with golf clubs, enjoying his lifelong passion.
