Sentul, Bogor Regency – PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (GOLF) once again held its Public Expose 2025 forum as a demonstration of transparency to the public and shareholders. During the event, President Director Dwi Febri Astuti presented the company's strengthening business developments, with the premium golf sector being the primary driver of performance throughout this year. One key contributor is the outstanding performance of New Kuta Golf, which recorded revenue growth of up to 22.8% in the third quarter of 2025.
Beyond golf operations, the property segment also demonstrated remarkable market absorption. For instance, the Skopila luxury residential cluster at The Links Golf Villa Bali sold 24 units worth IDR178.2 billion within just three weeks. Other projects in Bukit Tungo, Palm Hill, and Sequoia Hills Sentul also achieved exceptionally high sales rates of 60–100%, simultaneously solidifying GOLF's position in the integrated premium property segment.
Financially, the company recorded marketing revenue of IDR218 billion as of September 2025, accompanied by a net profit of IDR106 billion – a 10.2% year-on-year growth. Notably, GOLF's financial structure remains robust with a debt-to-asset ratio of only 8%, reflecting a healthy foundation and significant room for future business expansion.

Moving forward, GOLF will continue expanding its leisure facilities portfolio, including through the development of the luxury boutique hotel Banyan Tree, projected to generate annual revenues of approximately IDR200–300 billion. This aligns with the company's long-term vision of positioning golf courses as the primary anchor, combined with property development and hospitality services to create an international-standard golf tourism destination ecosystem.
Preparing for 2026
Entering next year, GOLF plans to strengthen its position as a premium golf tourism destination through integrated travel packages offering exclusive access to its premier golf courses, luxury accommodations at Banyan Tree, and specially curated leisure experiences such as private dining and practice sessions at hybrid driving range facilities. This strategy targets high-net-worth individuals and global tourists, aiming to boost recurring revenue, extend visit durations, and simultaneously cement Indonesia's reputation as a premier destination for world-class golf enthusiasts.
