The FIFA Museum is presenting an exhibition titled "Unidad - The World's Game" in Miami, United States, running for the full duration of the 2026 World Cup. A wide array of historic collections are displayed, including iconic photographs, interactive installations, football legend memorabilia, the Indonesia National Team jersey, and an official replica of the Jules Rimet trophy.

FIFA Museum Communications Manager Patrick Tobler stated the exhibition was crafted to deliver an emotional experience for football supporters.

"Walking through this exhibition will give you goosebumps," stated FIFA Museum Communications Manager Patrick Tobler at the venue, Miami's Freedom Tower, on Saturday, 11 July 2026.

The "Unidad - The World's Game" exhibition occupies two full floors of Miami's Freedom Tower, and launched to coincide with the start of the 2026 World Cup.

Interactive Experiences For Visitors

Upon entering the first floor, visitors are immediately greeted by an interactive screen hosting World Cup history quizzes that can be played by up to four people at the same time.

Additionally, virtual reality (VR) technology is available to guide visitors through the story of the very first 1930 World Cup held in Uruguay, using archived historical photography.

The tour continues to an installation zone displaying the home jersey of every single one of FIFA's 211 member federations. One item that draws particular attention is the Indonesia National Team jersey belonging to the All Indonesia Football Association (PSSI).

Organised by kit colour, the Indonesian jersey is placed within the row of red uniforms, positioned alongside the national jerseys of Belgium and Egypt.

An interactive digital screen positioned in front of this jersey collection allows visitors to pull up a short profile for every FIFA member federation, alongside their respective World Cup tournament achievements.

On this same floor, FIFA also exhibits the complete collection of official match balls used for every World Cup edition dating back to 1930, alongside full match equipment including referee communication devices.

Another notable exhibit is a miniature model of the Telstar 1 satellite, which served as the design inspiration for the iconic official match ball of the 1970 Mexico World Cup.

As one of the host nations for the 2026 World Cup, the United States has a dedicated exhibition section documenting the development of football in the country from the mid-19th century onwards.

Within this zone visitors can view the 1977 North American Soccer League (NASL) trophy won by Pelé, as well as the Inter Miami match jersey worn by Argentina national team captain Lionel Messi.

Jules Rimet Replica And World Cup Winning Jerseys

When ascending to the second floor, visitors pass a staircase lined with the legendary photograph of Pelé lifting the Jules Rimet trophy after leading Brazil to victory at the 1970 World Cup.

The upper floor hosts the core historical timeline of the World Cup, spanning from the inaugural 1930 tournament through to the 2022 edition. FIFA has displayed original match-worn jerseys from every nation that has won the World Cup.

Exhibits include the captain jersey worn by Uruguay's Jose Nasazzi when he led his country to become the first ever world champions in 1930, and the jersey Diego Maradona wore during Argentina's victorious 1986 World Cup campaign.

One of the main drawcards in this section is the official replica of the Jules Rimet trophy used for World Cup tournaments between 1930 and 1970, alongside the replica trophy for the 1991 and 1995 editions of the FIFA Women's World Cup.

Both trophies are displayed as replicas as the original versions were never recovered following separate theft incidents.

This zone also features a giant screen playing footage of landmark World Cup matches with immersive surround audio, creating the sensation of being present inside the match stadium.

At the end of the exhibition tour, FIFA has installed a glass room themed as a football supporters terrace. Using immersive audio technology, visitors experience the atmosphere of a live match through authentic fan chants, crowd songs and supporter calls.

The "Unidad - The World's Game" exhibition opens daily throughout the entire 2026 World Cup period, operating from 10:00 until 18:00 Miami local time.

General public admission tickets are priced at 18 USD. Concession tickets for students and visitors aged 7 to 18 years cost 12 USD, while visitors aged 62 and above may enter the exhibition for 14 USD.
