The PSSI Disciplinary Committee has imposed one to three-year playing bans on five Bhayangkara FC U-20 players. These sanctions follow the brawl against Dewa United U-20 during the Elite Pro Academy U-20—an incident now under intense public scrutiny.

The most spotlighted name is Fadly Alberto Hengga. His "Kungfu kick" action—captured in a viral video targeting Dewa United U-20 player Rakha Nurkholis during the April 19, 2026 match in Semarang—resulted in the heaviest penalty: a three-year playing ban.

This sanction marks a dark stain on Fadly's career, especially after his recent participation with the Indonesian National Team at the U-17 Asian Cup and U-17 World Cup.

Besides Fadly, three other Bhayangkara U-20 players—Aqilah Lissunah Aljundi, Afrizal Riqh, and Ahmad Catur—received two-year bans. Meanwhile, M. Mufdi Iskandar was handed a one-year ban.

Team official Muklis Hadi Ning also faced sanctions: a four-match suspension from accompanying the team.

Bhayangkara FC U-20 manager Yongky Pandu Pamungkas stated they accept the decision but will pursue further evaluation, particularly regarding the players' sanction durations. He emphasized certain aspects require more comprehensive reconsideration, noting some players were also adversely affected.

Bhayangkara confirmed they will appeal for a more objective, thorough, and balanced assessment. Yongky added that Bhayangkara and Dewa United U-20 players maintain mutual respect and brotherhood despite the brawl tarnishing Indonesian Football's image.

The club will conduct internal evaluations to strengthen youth development programs, ensuring players uphold Sportsmanship while defending their rights through proper channels.
