The competition intensified at The JGS Elite International Championship Round 2 at Royale Jakarta Golf Club, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The International Junior Golf Tournament on its second day featured 53 young golfers from various countries.

Sunny weather provided better conditions compared to the first day. On a more forgiving course, score shifts occurred across several categories, though some players maintained consistency at the top of the leaderboard.

In A Boys class, Jayawardana Dornan retained the provisional Standings lead despite Kitpat Hamilton scoring -3. Jayawardana closed Round 2 at +2, preserving his overall advantage.

Singapore's Passion Hsu dominated A Girls class with steady play, securing the provisional lead. She recorded Even Par in both rounds, demonstrating remarkable composure at this international junior level.

Indonesia's Abraraza Adriano Musyanif led B Boys class with a total score of 79.

Mavin Chua, a junior Golfer from Malaysia, topped B Girls class.

Chua acknowledged her stronger Round 1 performance but aims to improve further. While generally satisfied, she found some holes particularly challenging and admitted occasional struggles with swing power and tempo control.

"(My best moment) came on the par-3 hole. I nearly scored a hole-in-one—my ball stopped just one foot from the cup," she revealed.

All-Indonesia competition unfolded in C Boys class, where Arhata Putra Malik led with a two-round total of +13.

Qalesya Azkia Shanum headed C Girls class at +24, while Arsenio Ibrahim maintained the D Boys lead at +16.

In D Girls class, Milanka Azwar delivered a solid +4 total after achieving Even Par in Round 2.

Younger categories showcased tight contests: Singapore's Caius Yap led E Boys at +3, while Indonesia's Charlotte Belva Sutrisna dominated E Girls at +7.

F Boys featured sole newcomer Karl Lee from Singapore, who posted +24 and emerged as a promising young talent.

With one competition day remaining for potential leaderboard shifts, this tournament continues to spotlight golf's golf next generation.
