The 2025/2026 Season will mark a major turning point for the Premier League. At least four top players are confirmed or potentially ending their journeys in England's top-flight competition. Their departures signify the end of a significant era at three giant clubs: Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City.

The spotlight shines brightest on Mohamed Salah, Liverpool's icon who has confirmed he will leave Anfield in June 2026. After nine glorious years, this decision is an emotional moment for the Egyptian player.

"I want to start by saying I never imagined this club, this city, these people would become such a part of my life," stated Salah.

"Liverpool isn't just a football club, it's passion, it's history, it's spirit. I can't explain it to anyone who isn't part of this club."

Since arriving from AS Roma in 2017, Salah has become a living legend with 255 goals from 435 appearances. He has won prestigious trophies, including the Champions League and Premier League

"Goodbyes are never easy. You have given me the best time of my life. I will always be a part of you all!"

Not only Salah, but his teammate Andy Robertson has also announced he will leave at the end of the season. The Scottish left-back described his decision as a difficult step, but the right one timing-wise.

"I will always cherish the beautiful memories at this football club. I have poured my heart and soul into this club for nine years and have absolutely no regrets," said Robertson.

Over nearly a decade, Robertson became an integral part of Liverpool's success, making 373 appearances with a contribution of 69 assists, an impressive figure for a defender.

Meanwhile, from Manchester United, Casemiro will also close the chapter on his career with the Red Devils. The Brazilian midfielder confirmed he will depart after his contract expires in June 2026.

"I will carry Manchester United with me throughout my life," Casemiro said.

Signed from Real Madrid in 2022, Casemiro made an immediate significant impact, including helping United win the Carabao Cup. Although his performances have been fluctuating over the last two seasons, his influence in the locker room remains irreplaceable.

On the other hand, Bernardo Silva's future with Manchester City remains a huge question mark. Although there is no official confirmation yet, signals of a departure are growing stronger.

Coach Pep Guardiola admitted he wants to keep his captain but acknowledged the final decision lies with the player.

“I desperately want Bernardo to stay and end his career here, but I don't know. He will be the one to decide his future,” he said.

Since joining from AS Monaco in 2017, Silva has been one of the most consistent players in the City squad, with 450 appearances and vital contributions to numerous domestic and European titles.
