A hot match will be presented when Persib Bandung visits the home ground of Borneo FC in the postponed week 21 match of BRI Super League 2025/2026. This clash between two top teams is predicted to be fierce when held at Segiri Stadium, Samarinda, Sunday, March 15, 2026, at 20:30 WIB.
Persib Bandung's foreign defender, Federico Barba, shows strong determination ahead of this crucial match. The Italian player emphasized that the main target for Maung Bandung is to bring home victory from Pesut Etam's home turf.
An additional three points would solidify Persib's position at the top of the temporary Standings.

Barba Targets Three Points in Samarinda
Federico Barba considers the match against Borneo FC to be a decisive big game in this season's top-tier competition.
"This is a big match and I'm highly motivated to face it. The primary goal is certainly to secure three points," stated Federico Barba in Samarinda.
In their first meeting this season, Persib Bandung defeated Borneo FC 3-1. During that match, Barba even scored.
But this time, the defender wearing number 93 emphasized that scoring isn't his main priority. He's more focused on the team's victory.
"It doesn't matter to me whether I score or not. The most important thing is winning this match," said the number 93 player.
Persib Wary of Borneo FC's Attack Line
Despite his optimism, Barba remains cautious about Borneo FC's attacking strength.
The hosts are known to have two fast and sharp forwards: Juan Villa and Mariano Peralta.
According to Barba, both players possess quality that demands attention, having contributed many goals for Pesut Etam this season.
"Yes, they're good players who've scored many goals. But we've prepared for this match," he said.
"We know what to do and I fully trust all my teammates," he added.
Persib Maintains Confidence
Persib Bandung will definitely play without Thom Haye, who is suspended due to accumulated yellow cards.
Despite losing a key midfielder, Barba remains confident in Maung Bandung's squad depth.
He also stressed that Persib won't underestimate Borneo FC, especially since the match is at the opponent's famously difficult home ground.
"When the top two teams meet, the match will definitely be tough. They're a good team," said Barba.
"I think they're under more pressure, as this might be their last chance to catch us," he added.
Barba believes the current standings situation actually allows Persib to play more freely. He feels greater pressure rests with Borneo FC as they try to close the points gap.
This situation is expected to give Maung Bandung an advantage in achieving maximum results at Segiri Stadium.
