The month of Ramadan 1447 H in Tangerang City brings the pulse of Affordable Shopping Tourism to every corner. The Tangerang City Government in Banten is organizing Affordable Shopping Tourism activities like Easy Staple Food, Al-Azhom Festival, and Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026.

Amidst the aroma of iftar snacks, the city transforms into an urban landscape blending spirituality and Creative Economy.

From mosque bazaars to large-scale fashion exhibitions, Ramadan in Tangerang becomes the moment for hunting affordable Eid needs.

Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026: Local Fashion Paradise

Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026 merges Lifestyle and Tourism. Tangerang Mayor Sachrudin stated that Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026 is a collaboration between the Tangerang City Government and 70 renowned local brands ready to pamper the public with quality fashion at accessible prices.

"This largest local clothing brand exhibition is projected to boost economic growth and Tourism in Tangerang City by attracting dozens of local industry players from various regions," he said.

Jakcloth Founder Ucok Nasution Oleh invited everyone to flock and shop, as prices are highly affordable with top quality.

Head of Tangerang City’s Culture and Tourism Department (Disbudpar) Boyke Urif Hermawan added that Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026 is expected to create a multiplier effect across other economic sectors.

"Not just a clothing exhibition, Jakcloth Eid Fair 2026 becomes one of the Shopping Tourism events in Ramadan that will Draw thousands of visitors from within and beyond Tangerang," he hoped.

Easy Staple Food Ramadan: Hunting Basic Needs More Economically

Beyond fashion, Ramadan's Affordable Shopping Tourism in Tangerang also addresses basic necessities. The Food Security Office presents the Easy Staple Food Ramadan program across 13 districts until March 13, 2026, helping people obtain staples cheaper than market prices.

This program makes grocery shopping part of an inclusive Ramadan experience, allowing residents to fulfill kitchen needs while enjoying communal atmosphere in public spaces.

Ramadan Al-A’zhom Festival: Spiritual and Economic Fusion

In the city center, Al-A'zhom Grand Mosque becomes Ramadan’s heartbeat through the Ramadan Al-A'zhom Festival Running from February 18 to March 18, 2026.

The festival features Ramadan bazaars, Islamic art competitions, and interaction spaces for Local MSMEs seeking broader market reach.

"Our focus is making Al-A'zhom Mosque a center of civilization and community economy through Ramadan Bazaars involving dozens of Local MSMEs and various Islamic art competitions for Young Generations," said Ramadan Al-A'zhom Festival Chairman Malkan.
