Good news arrives for Persib Bandung amidst the tight competition of the BRI Super League 2025/2026. Senior midfielder Marc Klok has finally returned to training with the team after a period on the sidelines due to Injury.
Klok's presence in the training session is a positive signal for The Bandung Lions as they navigate the remainder of the competition.
The 32-year-old player previously suffered an injury in week 18 when Persib hosted PSBS Biak at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium, Bandung, Sunday, January 25, 2026.

Now, the recovery process is showing significant progress.
"The condition is, well, quite good. Maybe in a few more days I'll fully join the team again. No pain, (feels) stronger," said Klok, quoted from the club's official website.
This statement is a breath of fresh air for Persib's midfield. As one of the engines of their play, Klok's contribution is vital in maintaining balance, especially in crucial matches towards the end of the season.
Focus on Regaining Fitness Level
Although no longer feeling pain, Klok admits he hasn't reached the ideal fitness level to immediately play in a competitive match.
Currently, the Indonesian National Team player is undergoing a program to strengthen his physique and improve stamina. The target is to return to his best condition when the coach gives him the trust.
"Just improving fitness again, overall condition. Gaining (confidence) again. But yes, everything feels good now. I'm happy," said Klok.
This gradual approach shows Persib's caution in handling the condition of one of their key players. With a packed schedule and high pressure, the club doesn't want to take any risks.
Potential Absence Against Persita
Although the recovery progress is positive, Klok is still predicted to be absent when Persib hosts Persita Tangerang in week 22 of the Super League at Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium, Bandung, Sunday, February 22, at 20:30 WIB.
That match will be an important test for Persib in maintaining their position near the top of the Standings.
