The 11th week of the 2025/2026 Premier League promises a heated weekend. Two big matches are set to capture global attention: Tottenham Hotspur hosting Manchester United and Manchester City versus Liverpool.

These clashes are not just about three points; they involve pride, history, and momentum towards the top of the table.

Tottenham vs Manchester United: A Fierce Prestige-Filled Duel

The first major match opening the 11th week is Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United, Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at 19:30 WIB at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs arrive boasting an unbeaten record against United in their last seven encounters across all competitions, including a historic victory in last season's Europa League final.

The teams' last Premier League meeting was in February this year. At that time, Spurs under manager Ange Postecoglou won 1-0 against Ruben Amorim's United, thanks to a James Maddison goal.

Currently, both teams have collected 17 points from 10 matches. Spurs sit slightly higher in sixth place due to goal difference, while United are eighth.

Manchester City vs Liverpool: Battle of Two Giants at the Etihad

The second big match will take place in Manchester. Hosts Manchester City will welcome Liverpool to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday, November 9th at 23:30 WIB.

Both teams currently occupy top spots. City are in second place with 19 points, while Liverpool are close behind in third with 18 points.

In their last 10 meetings, Liverpool have been more dominant with five wins, while City have only won twice, with the other three matches ending in draws.

Interestingly, Pep Guardiola has always lost when facing Arne Slot's Liverpool. In their two most recent matches, Guardiola's squad not only lost but also failed to score against Liverpool, both at Anfield and the Etihad.

Now, City have a chance for revenge and to keep pace with league leaders Arsenal.

On the other hand, Liverpool are beginning to rediscover their best form. Victory at the Etihad could be a strong statement that The Reds are ready to defend their Premier League title.
