For industry players, IGF 2025 is a strategic step. Chairman of the Indonesian Golf Course Owners Association (APLGI), H.M. Tachril Sapi’ie, emphasized that this event is crucial for strengthening the national golf industry ecosystem.
"This event aims to expand the market and strengthen synergy among all golf industry players nationwide," he stated.
The exhibition features numerous golf-related business and lifestyle sectors, including accessories, equipment, simulators, training, and properties such as villas located alongside golf courses.

Call for Collaboration and Enhancing Golf Tourism
IGF 2025 also serves as a platform to open cross-industry collaboration opportunities. Golf is now seen as a lifestyle that unites sports, business, and tourism.
President Commissioner of PT Intra Golflink Resorts Tbk (IGR), Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, stressed the importance of building a comprehensive ecosystem. During the Golftalks session, he urged the Indonesian golf community to improve infrastructure.
"The quality of golf courses must be enhanced to attract international golfers. We need to create attractive packages to draw the attention of Asian and global golfers," he added.
Golf tourism is emerging as a strategic potential for Indonesia. Several destinations, including Bali, Bintan, Batam, and Lombok, have built regional reputations as golf holiday spots offering a combination of tropical natural beauty and competitive costs.

The spirit to capture the interest of the younger generation continues to be emphasized. Chairperson of GCMAI (Golf Course Management Association of Indonesia), Jossie Sugondo, enthusiastically encouraged young people to try it. "Experience it firsthand, guaranteed to be addictive," said Jossie.
