Tiger Woods' son's commercial value has skyrocketed, becoming the most valuable amateur golfer in the golf NIL landscape.

Charlie Woods may still be chasing his first victory this season, but that has not stopped his commercial value from continuing to rise off the course.

The 17-year-old golfer currently holds first position in the Golf NIL Rankings with a valuation of 3 million US dollars, the highest recorded figure since this system was first introduced in 2024.

Despite delivering underwhelming performances across recent tournaments, Woods' public profile and popularity continue to grow, establishing him as one of the most valuable names in global amateur golf.

Trailing Woods is Kai Trump with a valuation of 2.25 million US dollars. Next in the rankings is Jackson Koivun, who is currently making his PGA Tour debut, sitting at third place with a 1.75 million US dollar valuation according to Golf NIL data.

These valuations are calculated based on multiple factors. Public popularity, on-course performance, and active brand partnership agreements act as the primary determinants of a player's market value.

Additionally, the Golf NIL Top 10 list aggregates the highest valued amateur golfers across four separate ranking categories: Golf NIL College Men's Rankings, Golf NIL College Women's Rankings, Golf NIL High School Boys Rankings, and Golf NIL High School Girls Rankings.

Remarkably, even without any officially announced public NIL partnerships, Woods remains comfortably at the top of the rankings. Shortly after launching his Instagram account, the 17-year-old golfer had already gathered 163,000 followers.

Woods has also consistently demonstrated his ability to draw public attention. Florida State regular season tournament schedules receive widespread weekly coverage, with the vast majority of this interest directly attributed to Woods' participation.

For NIL representation, Woods is reported to be working with Players Group Management alongside Miles Russell, the world's top ranked junior golfer who currently holds 5th position in the Golf NIL Rankings.

However, alongside this commercial success, Woods' on-course performance is yet to meet expectations this season.

Charlie Woods' 2024 Season Performance

As of now, Woods has only competed in seven tournaments throughout the season and is yet to claim a single championship title.

His best result came at the Junior Orange Bowl International Championship last January. With a total score of 288, he finished tied for 19th place.

Outside of this result, his run of tournament performances has been largely disappointing.

At the AJGA Simplify Boys Championship at Carlton Woods, he only managed a 68th place finish. Meanwhile at the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley, he closed the tournament in 36th place, according to official AJGA records.

His worst performance occurred at the Florida Amateur Championship, an open event featuring golfers across all age groups, where Woods failed to make the tournament cut.

Back in May, he was also unable to defend his Team TaylorMade Invitational title, which he had won in impressive fashion the previous year.
