From late afternoon through the night that day, GBLA transformed into a sea of blue, filled with tens of thousands of Bobotoh gathered to witness a historic milestone. Persib Bandung hosted Persijap Jepara in the final title-deciding match of the 2025/2026 BRI Super League.
Aware of the enormous weight resting on Bojan Hodak's squad, who only needed to secure at least one point to claim the title, the Bobotoh fully embraced their role as the twelfth player. Unbridled enthusiasm spilled everywhere, from the gridlocked roads leading to the stadium all the way inside the stands. A giant pre-match choreography unfurled majestically across the terraces. For the full 90 minutes, the entire stadium vibrated with thundering chants and drum beats that pumped adrenaline through the entire Blue Prince squad.
On the pitch, Persib launched relentless pressure right from the opening kickoff. Meanwhile Persijap Jepara played free of burden with tight disciplined structure, leaning on their compact defensive block and sharp, stubborn counterattacks. Every critical tackle and defensive clearance was met with deafening roars from the stands. Even with Marc Klok unavailable for the match, supporter morale never wavered, buoyed by Persib's smooth build-up play and sharp individual performances. GBLA's electric atmosphere acted as an unbreakable mental buffer for Maung Bandung to hold their composure until the end.
