Eva Chairunisa, General Manager of Corporate Secretary at KCIC, stated that public demand for Whoosh services typically rises significantly during long holiday periods.

She explained that the additional trips are being implemented to provide greater time flexibility for Whoosh passengers.

The six additional trips consist of three services on the Halim–Tegalluar Summarecon route and three services on the Tegalluar Summarecon–Halim route.

Alongside extending operating hours, KCIC has also confirmed that travel connectivity will remain optimised.

All Whoosh schedules have been synchronised with Feeder Train services travelling to and from Bandung Station and Cimahi Station.

This integration is intended to make passenger mobility to Bandung city centre and surrounding areas more practical and efficient.

KCIC advises members of the public to book tickets in advance via official channels, especially for popular departure times that typically sell out quickly during holiday seasons.

Strong public interest in Whoosh during previous holiday periods was cited as the primary reason for the company increasing operational capacity on this occasion.
