FC Barcelona's success in retaining the La Liga title for the 2025/2026 Season was further cemented as their players dominated the official La Liga Team of The Season (TOTS) lineup. This overwhelming representation reflects the clear superiority of Hansi Flick's squad throughout the campaign.
According to La Liga's official social media channels, six Barcelona players were named to this season's best eleven. This is the highest number of representatives from any single club, underscoring the Blaugrana's consistent form during their domestic title charge.
Barcelona occupy key defensive positions, with Joan Garcia between the posts and Eric Garcia anchoring the centre of defence. Meanwhile, the midfield and attacking lines include core driving forces of the team such as Pedri and teenage sensation Lamine Yamal.

Barcelona surges ahead as Real Madrid falls further behind in LaLiga title race.
Lamine Yamal once again emerged as the standout name. The 18-year-old winger built on his impressive form from the previous campaign where he claimed the Best U23 Player award. This season, Yamal delivered exceptional performances, recording 16 goals and 11 assists from just 28 La Liga appearances.
His productivity and creative output established Yamal as one of the most influential players in the competition this season. Alongside Pedri, he represents the new generation of Barcelona talent that has returned the club to dominance of Spanish football.
In addition to the starting lineup selections, two more Barcelona players earned places on the TOTS bench: Pau Cubarsi and Raphinha.
While unable to match Barcelona's dominance, Real Madrid still contributed three players to the main La Liga Team of the Season. These representatives are Federico Valverde, Aurelien Tchouameni, and French star Kylian Mbappe.
Despite Real Madrid's underwhelming campaign, Mbappe maintained outstanding individual form. The France National Team striker leads the La Liga goalscoring charts with 24 goals from 28 matches alongside four assists, making him the competition's most productive player this season.
The race for the Pichichi Trophy remains open. Mbappe is being chased closely by RCD Mallorca striker Vedat Muriqi, who has netted 22 goals so far this campaign.
Beyond Barcelona and Real Madrid, several other clubs also have representatives in the TOTS list. Villarreal CF are represented by Mourino, while RCD Espanyol's Carlos Romero occupies the left defensive position.
The substitute bench also features a number of established names, including Real Sociedad's Mikel Oyarzabal, Real Madrid's Thibaut Courtois, and Alberto Moleiro from Villarreal.
Barcelona are not yet finished chasing honours this season. The Blaugrana currently top the La Liga Standings with 91 points from 35 matches, holding a commanding lead over second placed Real Madrid who sit on 77 points.
