One Decade GPA: Golden Property Awards 2025 Celebrates Property Legends' Legacy

The prestigious property award event, Golden Property Awards (GPA) 2025, was officially held by Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) together with Rumah123 at Raffles Hotel Jakarta, Monday, September 29, 2025. This pinnacle night served as a moment of appreciation for the best projects and key figures in the national property industry.
CEO of IPW, Ali Tranghanda, emphasized that GPA 2025 differs from similar awards because it uses a comprehensive assessment method based on in-depth research.
"We use the IPW Standard Project Rating 2.1 system. The assessment is not only based on documents or desktop data, but also through direct field visits. There are 24 criteria we use, ranging from design, building quality, legality, to marketing strategy," explained Ali.
The selection process took place from February to early September 2025, lasting approximately eight months. From around 500 property projects screened, only 170 projects advanced to the further assessment stage. From that number, 76 projects were finally deemed worthy of receiving an award.
"Besides awards for projects, there are also 10 individual categories. For this category, we don't choose arbitrarily. The process involves surveys, interviews, and market intelligence to ensure the results are truly credible. So it's not just about assessing performance, but also the personal integrity of the figure," added Ali.
Furthermore, Ali stressed that GPA is the only property award event in Indonesia based on independent research.
"The Golden Property Awards is an objective, independent, and non-transactional award. This is a form of appreciation for those who have made significant contributions to the development of the national property sector," he asserted.
One of this year's award recipients was Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, Main Commissioner of PT Intra GolfLink Resorts, who received the Best of The Best Premium Villa Project award for the villa project he manages in Bali.
"Thank you Golden Property Awards for giving us the Best of The Best Premium Villa Project. This award is very valuable and makes us even more enthusiastic about presenting the best villas in Indonesia," said Darma.
With strict assessment standards and a long selection process, GPA 2025 reaffirmed its reputation as the barometer of quality and integrity in the Indonesian property industry.
