Celebrate Jakarta's 2026 Anniversary: Enjoy Free Entry to Ancol from Afternoon Until Night

The management of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk has launched the Free Ancol Entry Program to enliven the 499th Anniversary celebration of Jakarta City. Through this program, the general public can access the capital city's largest coastal tourism area with no entry fee from afternoon until evening hours.

"This program is valid from 8 to 19 June 2026, operating from 16.00 WIB until 23.00 WIB as Ancol's form of support for Jakarta's 499th anniversary celebrations," stated Syahmudrian Lubis, President Director of PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, in Jakarta on Saturday.

Visitors may take casual walks along the beachfront area or enjoy the sunset panorama.

Once night falls, guests can also watch the dancing fountain show, which has long been one of the most beloved attractions within the Ancol complex.

According to Syahmudrian, this Free entry program demonstrates the company's commitment to providing inclusive recreation spaces, while also supporting the festive atmosphere of Jakarta's anniversary celebration.

"Ancol continuously strives to launch programs that not only deliver recreation experiences, but also reinforce this tourism area's role as a public space that supports quality of life for urban communities," Syahmudrian noted.

He stated that the upcoming Jakarta Anniversary on 21 June presents an opportunity to invite the public to experience another side of the dynamic, modern capital city that still maintains close connection with nature, through the Ancol coastal zone.

To use this program, all visitors are required to make an advance reservation via Ancol's official website, no later than 1 day prior to the intended visit date.

Reservation slots will open from 1 to 18 June 2026, while valid visiting periods run between 8 - 19 June 2026 from 16.00 WIB until 23.00 WIB.

Each visitor may submit one reservation for a maximum of 2 person entry tickets throughout the duration of the program.

This free access only applies for general entry to the Ancol complex. It does not include vehicle entry fees nor admission tickets for paid rides and attractions located inside the area.

"Ancol invites the public to celebrate the 499th Anniversary of Jakarta City together, by enjoying comfortable, safe and memorable afternoons and evenings, to create shared happiness with family at the capital city's largest tourism destination," he remarked.

With this program, Ancol does not only offer Free Tourism access, but also provides a communal gathering space for the public to celebrate Jakarta's anniversary in a relaxed, lively and together-spirited atmosphere.
