Aprilia Racing rider Marco Bezzecchi delivered a dominant performance, securing victory at the 2026 MotoGP of the Americas held at the Circuit of the Americas on Sunday, March 29, 2026, local time.
Bezzecchi confirmed himself as the fastest after recording a time of 40 minutes and 50.653 seconds. He achieved his first podium finish after starting the race from second position.
This win extends the positive trend for the Italian rider. Previously, he also secured victories at the Thailand GP and Brazil GP, establishing him as one of the most consistent riders in the early part of the 2026 season.

In second place, his Aprilia Racing teammate Jorge Martin delivered a solid performance. Meanwhile, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider Pedro Acosta occupied the third podium spot.
Meanwhile, reigning champion Marc Marquez from the Ducati Lenovo Team had to settle for fifth place. He finished behind Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team rider Fabio Di Giannantonio, who took fourth position.
Intense Duel from the Opening Lap
The race was tight from the start. Bezzecchi immediately showed his aggression by overtaking Di Giannantonio, who started from pole position, on the first lap.
The competition heated up when Pedro Acosta managed to seize the lead. However, Bezzecchi responded quickly and regained the race lead.
After that, he remained consistent to the finish line without significant errors, securing his third consecutive victory this season.
