PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View Officially Begins Development of The Links Golf Villa - Cluster 2 and Topping Off Commercial Building

PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View officially commenced development of a new integrated property area through Cluster 2 Type 2 Villa Units, simultaneously holding the groundbreaking ceremony for these units.

The construction series also included the structural completion ceremony for the Commercial Building within The Links Golf Villa area.

This development ceremony was held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM WITA, marking a significant milestone for PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View as a property developer in the New Kuta Golf area, Bali.

The event was attended by PT new kuta golf & Ocean View management and stakeholders, including Main Commissioner Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, President Director Dwi Febri Astuti, Director Andy Nuryadmanto, Director of PT Shogun Cipta Jaya Dr. Ir. Sofian Arif Susanto, and Marketing & Sales Consultant Andi Kesuma Natanael.

Also present were General Managers of hotels in the Pecatu Indah Resort area, banking representatives, property agents, and other invitees.

Commitment to Integrated Area Development

The event opened with a joint prayer symbolizing hopes for smooth progress, goodness, and success in the construction.

In her speech, President Director of PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View, Dwi Febri Astuti, emphasized that the launch of The Links Golf Villa – Cluster 2 Type 2 reflects the company's commitment to delivering high-value properties integrated with international-standard golf facilities.

The Cluster 2 Type 2 launch was marked by a gong strike by Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, accompanied by Dwi Febri Astuti, Andy Nuryadmanto, Dr. Ir. Sofian Arif Susanto, General Manager Agus Herwinoto, Project Manager Hamdani P. Pane, Club Manager Juwono R. Edi, and Andi Kesuma Natanael.

The event continued with the Cluster 2 groundbreaking ceremony, preceded by remarks from Director Andy Nuryadmanto.

The peak moment featured the first stone laying by Main Commissioner Darma Mangkuluhur Hutomo, President Director Dwi Febri Astuti, Director Andy Nuryadmanto, Director of PT Shogun Cipta Jaya Dr. Ir. Sofian Arif Susanto, General Manager Agus Herwinoto, Project Manager Hamdani P. Pane, and Club Manager Juwono R. Edi, followed by a jug-breaking ritual on an excavator bucket symbolizing the start of physical construction for The Links Golf Villa – Cluster 2.

Cluster 2 will comprise 43 villas. PT New Kuta Golf & Ocean View has appointed PT. Shogun Cipta Jaya as contractor for 10 initial villas including Type 1 (3 floors + rooftop) and Type 2 (3 floors).

This development is expected to strengthen New Kuta Golf's position as an integrated premium residential and investment area with world-class golf facilities, reaffirming PT. New Kuta Golf & Ocean View's commitment to delivering competitive, quality properties while contributing to economic growth and Bali tourism.

Commercial Building Main Structure Completed

The event proceeded with the Topping Off ceremony for the Commercial Building, marking completion of its main structure within New Kuta Golf Villa.

Designed as an activity hub for New Kuta Golf's integrated area, this Commercial Building will house tenants including supermarkets, fresh markets, F&B outlets, fitness centers, and other lifestyle support facilities.

It will serve not only villa residents but also golfers, surrounding communities, and visitors.

Project Manager Hamdani P. Pane presented construction progress before company leaders and partners conducted the topping-off ritual.

The series concluded with the release of eight doves symbolizing hope, Continuity, and sustainable project success.
