Free Entry to 'Ancol Ramadhan', Enjoy Jakarta's Coastal Sunset Without a Ticket

The twilight sky on the northern coast of Jakarta always holds a unique charm. During Ramadan 1447 Hijriah, this atmosphere can be enjoyed without entrance fees thanks to a special program by PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk.

“We created the Free entry programs 'Ancol Ramadhan' and 'Ramadhan Happy Journey' along with fasting promo programs," stated PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol's Corporate Communication, Daniel Windriatmoko, in Jakarta on Wednesday.

Through the 'Ancol Ramadhan' Free entry program, visitors can enjoy the evening atmosphere at Ancol Dreamland from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Western Indonesia Time. 

Running from February 18 to March 18, the program offers broader opportunities for Jakarta residents and surrounding communities to experience Ramadan seaside ambiance without personal ticket costs.

Reservations are available via the website from February 16 to March 18, 2026, with each person limited to two free tickets per day. 

These free tickets exclude vehicle access and recreational rides. 

"Tickets for Ancol Recreation, Samudra, Jakarta Bird Land, Atlantis and others require separate purchase,” he explained.

At Ancol Monument Lake, the Ramadan Miracle Festival series blends religious and recreational experiences. 

Programs like Ramadan Thematic Studies, Ramadan Culinary, Ramadan Tunes, and Hadroh & Marawis Competitions frame evenings with spiritual harmony and communal bonding.

Additionally, the Ramadhan Happy Journey program at Samudra Ancol and Jakarta Bird Land features Islamic educational activities on February 28, 2026. 

Adopting an edutainment concept, "Ramadhan Happy Journey: Storytelling & Animal Adventure" merges Islamic values, family entertainment, and animal interactions during the holy month.

Activities including Animal & Ocean Friends Parade, Islamic-themed Story Telling, Nabawi Iftar, Islamic Games, and prize distributions create spaces for reflection and family joy.

These Ramadan initiatives affirm Ancol's role as a Jakarta public space offering not just entertainment, but education, spirituality, and community connection.
